I Didn't Want Much

I didn't want much from my life,
To have you was the greatest wealth.
I did not ask to live forever,
My eternity was:
"I'm with you right now, my darling."
I don't know who mixed my dreams,
I don't know where all our love disappeared.
I don't even know where I went wrong,
I think the castle where I lived
Was made of sand.
I don't know what else
We could build from ruins,
After what I lost,
I have nothing to lose, my dear.
I didn't want too much from my life,
The pillow on which to put my head
To be your arm.
