Don't know if I'm allowed to stay in the present.
Contradicting messages.
Don't know what to do.
Don't know if to sit here, in this fear
Or maybe I can leave.
Don't forget to breathe.
As breath hitches in my throat.
Can't help but eavesdrop. I don't know how to stop.
Obsessed with the outside 
 I can't bear to look in.
Where is the peace?
