That I type 

That my bleeding heart is being smeared all over paper just for them

Just for me

Just for fun

Just to let out the poison

From its prison

From my brain, the fleshy cell within my iron skull

Loops of bloody organ curling around each other, suffocating each other

Killing me

But forcing me to live the way I do

No one listens

Because no one knows

My lips sewn shut by my poisonous brain

"If they know what you know, they will break"

"You are weak, but stronger than them"

"Keep a secret"

"No one cares"
