He rolled the car widow do and reached his handout holding a $20 bill.He placed the edge of the bill inside the machine and it sucked it in.He pulled his arm back in the window and rolled it up."Now everyone be quiet we're going on the highway and it's a busy day today." He turned off the radio.
"Hey that's not fair,at least just let us hear the radio dimly."
"No,I told you I need to hear."
"But you don't need to hear to-."He cut her off.
"Mabel,please stop."She sat in the back not saying a word.Up ahead was a  line of police cars,one after another.Just about 4 or 5 of em.No sirens,no lights,just normally driving down the highway.
"Mommy,can I play on your phone?"
"No sweetie,I need the percentage for later."
"But I'm bored and I don't like staring out the window."
"Danny..."
"Fine." He glared out the window more.In the distance was foggy.They kept driving.The fog had swallowed them and it was hard to see.Up ahead from the right of the road was a man walking out.They did not see the man so on the drove.He kept going,when the man was in the middle of the road,Danny spotted him."Daddy,there's a man on the road,watch out!"yelled Danny.
"Whe-."The car hit the guy,his body went flying up and over the van and it slide down the back window.The thud of his body hitting the car was loud and it scared Mabel.The car went spiraling and hit the guard rail.Spinning and spinning the van crashed into many other different cars making them go spinning."DADDY,MOMMY HELP!!"yelled Mabel.
"Lorrie,Lorrie answer me." Lorrie has seemed to be unconscious.A black mustang was speeding up past all the spinning and flipped cars.When the mustang approached the van he tried to juke around him but the van was spinning around other cars.The mustang hit the van making it flip.Mabel strated to cry."DADDY!!!!"The front windshield smashes and Dan goes flying through,his seat belt loosely done up.Dan lay on the road,other cars come flying by running over his body.The kids and Lorrie still in the car.Slowly the cars starts to stop flipping and spinning.Lorrie still unconscious and the kids screaming for help in tears.The car stops but causes a pile up of 14 cars.9-1-1 is called and everyone is waiting.Lorrie is bleeding her head is inpailed with glass and so is her chest.The van is flipped upside down,the kids hanging inside their seat belts.A few minutes later a whole possy of emergency cars were going towards the pile up.
"Mommy,"said Danny still teary."Can you help us."The van doors slid open."Do not worry,were here to help you," said a woman in a black uniform with shiny yellow reflective stirpes."Mommy isn't talking,help her first."
"Guys,we have a family of three,no females and one make,one female doesn't seem to be talking,can I have some help."A pair of paramedics
 came running over holding a stretcher.
"I've got female not speaking."
"I'll take the other two people."They placed the stretcher on the ground and opened the front car door.Checking the her body they slowly and gently pulled Lorrie out of the van,placing her on the stretcher.
"Mommy doesn't talk,her name is Lorrie Bendem,"said Danny.
One of the men who came over grabbed Danny and undid his seat belt.Holding him he pulled Danny over his shoulder.The woman grabbed Mabel and pulled her over her shoulder.They both placed them on the ground."Are you guys ok?"
"We are very fine and capable of anything a worrying human being can do,"replied Danny.
"Now I need to know everything about you guys and your mother."
"We have a dad too,but he had fell out through the windshield onto The road,we have not seen him since."
"May I have his name?"
"Dan Bendem."
"Age?"
"31,his birthday was last month."
"Now can I know about you and your mother?"
"I'm Danny,this is my sister Mabel,I am 11 and Mabel is 6,Mom is 29 and her name is Lorrie Bendem."
"Thank you,anything about you that hurts?"
"No,we are fine,Mabel was in a car seat and I had an airbag in my face."
"May I check you?"
"Yes."
The officer checked both Mabel and Danny.
Ambulences were getting loaded with people on stretchers.
"You guys are good,now please get yourself in this ambulance and we will take you and your mother to the hospital."
"What about daddy,is he ok?"asked Mabel.
"Honey he wi-"Danny cut her off
"Mabel,we have told you about death and what happens when someone gets hurt to much,they will pass to heaven."The officer stared at Danny confused."So daddy is dead,has he gone to heaven?"
"Yes Mabel,but it will be ok,if mommy doesn't feel ok after this I will have to take care of you and mommy may pass to heaven."
"But you do not know how to take care of me."
"Mabel,I will find a way to."Lorrie's stretcher got loaded into the ambulance in front of Danny and Mabel.The backdoors shut and the sirens strated to blare.
At the hospital Danny and Mabel were in the room of their mother watching over her as air got pumped into her lungs.
"Mom,please be ok,"mumbled Danny.
"Yes mommy,I need you,"said Mabel.
"Excuse me guys but we are going to be doing some important things right now,can you guys step out of the room for a while,thank you."
"Yes sir."The kids walked out of the room and shit the door behind them.
An hour or so later the door swung open and 2 doctors plus a nurse walked out.
"Mabel,Danny?"
"That's us."
"We tried our bes-,"Danny cut him off.
"Mabel,can you go to the longest and get me a Kleenex?"
"Ok,I'll be right back."Mabel wandered off around the corner.
"Now you may continue."
"As I was saying,we tried our best,but,your mom is not waking up or responding.We tried alot of different methods to help her but she didn't make it."
"Ok."
No one said a word for a minute."Well I better get going,I have no ride,may I use your phone doctor Zayn?"
"Yes,you may."
Danny dialed his grandma's phone number,519-631-5890.
"Hi Grandma."
"Hi buddy,how are you?"
"Good grandma,but I have some bad news."
"Oh,tell me buddy."
"Dan and Lorrie have passed in a car crash,me and Mabel need a ride from the hospital."
A bang rang through the phone as Danny's grandma dropped her phone on the ground.
"Mark!Mark!Dan and Lorrie passed in a car accident,Danny and Mabel need a ride come with me please."She started to cry.She picked her phone back up.
"Hey buddy."
"Yes?"
"Me and Grandpa are coming to pick you up."
"Thank you."
Danny's grandma arrived at the hospital.
"Now Mabel, remember what I told you about heaven and how people go there when they pass."
"Yes."
"That is where mommy has gone,just think of it as like a second life,when one is over another one begins."
"Ok."said Mabel as they walked out through the front hospital doors.
"Are you guys ok?"asked Danny's grandma.
"We are ok,it's Dan and Lorrie,they had both passed in a car accident."
"May I ask how?"
"We were on our way out of Toronto from a Blue Jay's game.On the highway a man was walking on the road,dad did not see him and he hit him,it was foggy at the time.Then we went spinning into a pile up,dad flew out the front windshield and mommy was unconscious,me and Mabel are totally ok."
"Oh wow,that is harsh,I'm offering if you would like to stay with me and Grandpa for a while if you want."
"That would be nice."
