Before I had a clue
I stopped breathing
My lips turning blue
Drifting off like a dream
I was in peace
Nothing is as it seems
All of a sudden I wake
Friends standing over me
For my life was the high stakes
Gambling with the dark
I almost lost
It left a mark
Overdosed on drugs
Brought back to life
My grave close to being dug
I just want to hold you
Give you the biggest hug
And never let go to
Because I simply can't live
Without my loved ones it's true
