In front of the insulin deprived human being,
A case filled with sweets, treats, and death.
The thoughts,
The fantasies that enveloped his mind took him on a journey.
He shall not go forth and devour each muffin like an oompa loompa,
Nor shall he fantasize any longer.
It is moments like these when he must close his eyes and fight the sugar dragons that invade his solemn sky.
Dragons of many forms,
Swarming around the rock candy mountains beneath the cotton candy clouds that swirl like effervescent fairies.
With his insulin filled syringe staff he marches through the fluffy Muffin Marshlands .
Onward he can see the site of the rock candy mountains, where he knows lives the sweet tooth sabers, chocolate trolls, and cream cheese frosting oozes like a roaring river.
