Looking happy on the outside, 

Feeling down on the inside. 

 Depression conquers every cell of mine.
  I talk to them about their problems,

 But I never share with others 

My blue mood that I feel day and night.
 I look happy, I'm kidding,

To hear their fake laughter against

 The background of my depression

 That is slowly killing my faith.
 Looking like I'm not,

 Looks are just a shield.

Looking down on the inside, 

Feeling happy on the outside. 

 Depression conquers

 Every piece of my heart.
