the world has too many problems

time to come together to solve'm 

yet no one wants to take any of the blame

or walk alone with shame 

some things I've learned living in the fast lane

truth will always set your soul free

to become who you're meant to be

open your mind

not just your eyes to see

the light only comes from the hearts surrounding you and me

and dark comes from greed

everything you do starts a seed

never knowing what it's going to be

careful of the words you say

so you don't regret them one day

a small act of kindness goes a long way

someone just might need that smile or laugh

if laughter is the best medicine then do the math

pushing forward just one of those things 

you have to do like your boxing in the rings

taking another hit don't you ever stop

even when your knees drop

gotta keep up the fight 

your gonna win

on the days spent arguing with yourself if you wanna live

caused by trauma with flashbacks 

you don't wanna to relive

aniexty attacks so painful your body trys to give

depressions has getting out of bed a hard task

makes most people hide behind a mask

lifes not a movie mental illness is not played by a cast
