is it all inside of my head

no peace when I go to bed

fears are taking a toll

they wanna steal my soul

remembering all the trauma from the past

makes you run away fast

scared your sanity isn't going to last

isolation and fear

always kicking into gear

when happy times are no where near 

anxiety wont stop

stomach hurts in a knot

minds racing can't grab a thought

peace of mind can never be bought

when a home and place to belong is all you've sought

you given life all you got

in my head its boiling hot

the battle is over but the war is still being fought

in My head im trapped and the way out I forgot
