This is the song of broken hearts,
 This is the new song I sing to my heart.
  This is the sound of longing, 
The sound of my tears.  
This is the sound of broken dreams. 

 When I miss you, I try to forget
 The promises we both left behind.
  When I want to write you a message, 
I remember the frequent quarrels.
  Something is wrong dear, 
We cannot understand
 When it's good and what's bad.

It's a sound I sang with my heart.  
It's the sound of rain when you come around.  
It's the sound of my smile, 
It's the sound of your laughter.
