There is no doubt that we were meant to meet

Our fates have always seemed to intertwine

And even though we’ll always be apart

In different worlds, living different lives

We both believed we’d see each other soon

At some point, our lives were bound to collide

We knew that there was possibility

It stayed resided far back in our minds

That there was a chance our plans would collapse

Without the guarantee we would survive

I’ll always wonder what I could have done

If only I’d see past the sunshine smile

I could have fought to silence all her thoughts

That let an angel disappear and die

But I still don’t accept this is the end

I have faith that we can meet again
