My emotions are stuck,
all inside my head,
filling it up like the rising sea,
make less and less room in it.

Getting taken up slowly,
hurts my head,
makes it ache,
my heart burns as every feeling goes to it,
please save me.

Words in my head too,
so many,
all the voices I wish to hear,
it's like a crowd that's too loud,
I can't make out my own voice.

I can't cry for help,
that's impossible,
no one would listen anyway,
they all just seem to leave after a while.

I wish it wasn't like this,
the ocean filling up within me,
it's become a flood,
I'm drowning inside,
I can't even escape this hell.

It gets harder to hide it,
as it gets more full,
emotions fill my head,
it might just make me break,
I'm not sure how long I can hold it in for.
