Heart beats fast the sound echo's through my chest .

As I try so hard to pull myself up out of this hole fear rushes in like a volcano swarming in.

My mind full of memories the moment I try to unload my feelings anger sits in I scream so loud as tears fall from my face Sadness hides behind a face of a clown.

I say to my self someone please help me get through this terrible nightmare.

I'm all alone in this dark scary place that I call my mind.
