Let our leader rule
To dry this gory blood pool
And let Nigerian soil cool.
We don't want just any fool.

A true leader sent by God
Not any by the power of the sword
But just our own desired lord
Ruling in the name and fear of God.

Not a perpetrator of tyranny
That would live millions of souls in agony.
No sweet talker that would do the irony
But he that talks few and do many.

Who will bring us out of this deadlock?
Before the call of the clock 
Without the aid of any Bloc.
Can we have such a luck?
