Sometimes I'm up, sometimes I'm down.
Sometimes, in this life I want noone around.
Sometimes life is joy.
Sometimes life throws you around like a toy.
We must lift ourselves up.
We must count on the lord.
We must keep our faith.
We must walk his path.
I look to the Lord.
I trust in him.
I ask his guidance.
I trust in him.
Rejoice in the Lord, and rejoice the day and be glad in it.
