Something indescribable just happened to me just now. I've never experienced anything like this before in my life.
I think I actually did it, I just had my first connection to the spiritual plane. 
A feeling like no other that's so difficult to comprehend. 

My regular meditation routines that I have been exercising in the last month did not even come close to what I just experienced.
As usual, I meditate just before bed, with my headphones on listening to a meditating audio guide I downloaded off YouTube, with a frequency of 528hz & 936hz, Apparently meditating to the right frequencies can tune your vibrations with the universes vibrations.

My bizarre experience started when I really focused in on nothing, my mind became blank and thats when i suddenly felt a light tingle, starting from my lower back making its way up the spine, continuing up to the centre of my forehead, my forehead felt like it was expanding, like the expansion of space. Trying to resist my thoughts came easy today, and the moment I cleared my mind and erased all thoughts, thats when it happened.. the Tingly sensation suddenly became heavier, releasing some kind of vibration from my forehead to the crown area.

The expansion of my mind transitioned into radius rays of light, vibrating in different angles.
My physical body became extremely relaxed as if I was sinking into the ground. This Tingly Goosebump feeling became overwhelming.. making me loose control of my mind, body and soul, as if the liquids in my body was evaporating out of my temple.
I felt a spiritual Connection with the universe and felt like something was trying to escape from in me,
I was overwhelmed by fear... which made me loose concentration and brought on negative thoughts, forcing me to pull my headphones out and be awakened by reality.
