John was looking down at his diamond shaped device as he walked. It was a communication device given to all Shade Slayers, once they are deemed skilled enough to take state missions. Use any force deemed necessary to stop the breach. Report back in weekly intervals or as new information arises. John gave a sigh. He stood at a train station, full of people going in and out of random trains. The wind that was kicked up from the trains causing his grey and Scarlett coat to whip around wildly. His bag of supplies gently swaying along with his coat. A new train pulled up in front of John, this was his ride. John got off the train, looking at the Blue mountain range, a light layer of snow layed at the top, then down at the small village just a few hundred feet from the train station. "Welcome home John." He said to himself in a sarcastic tone. He walked, headed in the opposite direction of the village and into the forest. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's been a few days since John walked into Blue Mountain forest. For the most part, he hasn't seen too much out of the ordinary. There was a few Shades but nothing John couldn't handle. The cool mountain air was a constant, chilling wave that wrapped around John every moment of the day. The pine trees gave a slight sent that relaxed John as he trekked through the wilderness. It's been quite these past few days, but today John saw something new. John was hiding out in one of the pine trees and happen to look down. There, walking past John's tree was two people covered in long, black clothes. Once John was sure the two figures were far enough away, he sent a message to Autumn, telling her the discovery, and then followed. Writer's notes; John hasn't had too much happen to him yet. As a result, there wasn't much to write about. But don't worry, John will have his time soon. Rate honestly and criticize productively π
