it starts with a pinch 
it tickles and this voice in my head screaming in pain
heartache I feel..

Just do it , it says ...
my brain giving me images like illustration on how I should go about it
blade on my hard to my arm
just a little pain...

won't kill . .. but does it matter ?
end it all;
the heartbreak
loneliness 
the suffering too.. end it all 
it's just but a little pain ...

Breath in, breath out..
I'm scared !
