I melt under her tears,I say words I wouldn't want to hear.I reach out to grab her hand,My lungs refuse the air.I lived in the dark and I can't go out,She smiles but she doesn't know whyMy mouth stays sad.I tell her she's welcome,She tells me she's glad she's gone.I'm empty as a bottle. Her tear-filled eyes leave my eyesCaught in the hot waves of summerDrinks at bars. They smile when they see me,I don't see anyone through my bleeding.I'm calling her, I already knowShe won't answer me.I tell her she's welcome,She tells me she's glad she's gone.
