I don't know what else to write about...
 Only you are in my mind, 
But my soul does not let me write about you,
 Because you have already forgotten me.  

I don't know what to add,
 I don't know what to delete.
Words come out of my tongue,
But my heart covers them with a sigh.

 I don't know what you're doing, 
I don't know what else you wanted to tell me.
I don't know what else to write about...
 Only you are in my mind,
