The nights move, 
The days falter.
Our hearts dance, 
Our footsteps stop in the forest.  

You also know that love can be won,
 You know that our thoughts
 Can live together - in common.  

Come on, girl, everything will be fine
 Between me and you, darling,
  Between you and me... 

 The hours go by, 
The sun clings to the clouds.
 My blood comes out of my skin, 
It is dark inside my tears.  

My gaze changes, 
My eyes become cloudy.  
My hands have broken fingers.
  My mouth keeps old stories, new desires.

  I write about what hasn't happened yet, 
I write about what I lived through, 
About what is happening now...

You know that love can be won,
 You know that our thoughts
 Can live together - in common.
