I don't want to hurt you, 
But you hurt me enough.  
I need peace,
 You are like thunder
 Over my whole life.

I'm trying to understand you,
 But you're not even trying. 
 I've never met a person 
As stubborn as you are.
You're acting weird, honey. 

 Sometimes you amaze me, 
Sometimes you scare my heart.
Sometimes it seems to me
 That we don't have the same rate.
