Apart of a clique
Or to be in the mix

I never asked to be
Abused and torn
Was this the reason why I was born

I never asked to be
Lied to and mislead
Was it something I said

I never asked to be 
Beaten on life's path
I'm learning life real fast

I never asked to be
Mishandled or judged 
Even my names wriiten in mud

I never asked to be
In this daily fight
So excuse me but I'm NOT alright

I never asked to be
Born and torn
Born from a king sound the alarm

I never asked to be
In a spotlight0
Herod hunting me day and night

I never asked to be
Now things must change
I'm asking now in Jesus name
