Chapter 1 

I held my board to my chest as I passed through the cheering people.

I was to be up against someone named "Fresh".

I looked at Fresh, he had huge thick hair and was wearing a sports uniform. 

"go!" we both ran surfing on our boards. 

Later that night~

I entered the room. I switched on the light to find Kim and Kian sitting on my bed.

Kim & Kian: we've been expecting you, Haliya.

Me: get out of my room, brats. 

Kian: how do you think dad would react when he finds out that you've been surfing with rogues. 

Me: he wouldn't find out.

Kim: I don't know, we can't keep our mouths shut.

I sigh. 

Me: fine what do you want?

Kian: take us with you tomorrow night.

Me: no way. 

Kim: well dad will hear something very interesting.

Me: fine, no get out!

They both get out.

The next day~

I walk into my first class, history.

Teacher: good day class 

A group of kids walk in. I recognize them. 

There's Jake, Tricky, Tasha, Brody, Fresh and Prince K. 

Teacher: You there! (he points at them) 

Jake: what? *rolls eyes*

Teacher: detention!

Tasha: for what?

Teacher: coming late. 

Me: but the bell hasn't been rung. 

*class gasp*

Teacher: are you talking back? 

Me: I'm just stating the facts.

Teacher: detention for you too! 

I stand up.

Me: who likes talking about old dead guys anyway. 

I walk out.
