Impasse
Seems I find myself
At a bit of an impasse.
Which way do I need to go?
I better chose quite fast.
I don't know what to do,
Or which way I need to chose.
I know the comfortable
Is coming to an end,
But I find myself asking,
What will happen then?
The goal I desperately seek,
Seems far beyond my reach.
All the fears of the unknown,
My confidence they do breach.
How badly do I want it?
Is it even worth the risk?
Should I turn and face the wind,
Though it's cold and brisk?
I know one thing for certain,
I had better chose my fate.
Before my time dwindles down,
Before it's too late.
