After May patched Clay's wounds up they left the movies. May took Clay home.  During the drive they didn't speak to each other. May took glances at Clay making sure he's okay. Clay kept picking at his bandages.

They hugged and waved bye.
"Take care, Clay." May said waving back to her car.
"I will," Clay replied back going inside. For the rest of the night Clay stayed in his room. He watched TV all night. Didn't eat much.

May didn't eat much either, worrying about Clay.
