I would have liked to live in a world 
Dominated by love, not sex.
  I would like my eyes to be blinded by souls, 
Not by empty, dry and cold bodies
   That made my soul sick and stuck
In the phases of tomorrow.

 I wish the words had a different value.  
Maybe too much is never enough,
 Maybe tears fall to drown glasses 
Not fears, laughter or lies.

I would have liked to matter more
 When I was there, not after I left, 
Not after I didn't want to stay anymore
In the wrong place.

I would have liked to live as I felt, 
Without giving explanations, 
Without repressing what I felt...
Without hesitation and depression.
