Like a diamond

You shined

Without end



And

You glowed

Like the moon

You pierced

Into the night



And

You froze

In my mind

A fixture

But it's fine



And

You were priceless

No money

No offers

You were my honey



And

You were mine

I was yours

Between us

We opened doors



But

We drifted

So far apart

Like strangers

Lost our part



And

I was shattered

Totally broken

A million pieces

Each I choked on



But

You're still beaming

Bright like a star

Still lighting

My world from afar
