Laughing lavender lilacs
Whisper through the sunlight 
Dawning on the edge of glorious 
Embraces from my hopes and dreams 

Brilliant blushing roses
Hugging the heart with pure
Joy, compassion and kindness 
Shadowing the praise from a prayer 

Dew drenched day lilies 
Scenting the moments with arrays 
Of blessings colored by faith and grace
Inspiring the soul to sing gratefully a song

Smiling silent sunflowers 
Breathe poetry through the mind
Thoughts of courage and creativity 
Seas of solitude, starlight and sensuality 

Emerald edged ferns
Spill softly on the rich dark earth 
Gentling the twinkling in a stardust night
Filling lives with simple moments of joy

These are the ways the entire earth prays
Praising the Creator who gave them there ways
