Youth is a thin coat 

You wear it for a while.

It makes you feel

 Like nothing hurts in life,

 When you are protected, blessed, 

Healthy, strong and free.
  Time changes the body,

 It leaves more "weights",

You get to have a hunchbacked back 

As the years go by one by one.
Your hands start to tremble, 

Your voice loses its intensity, 

You feel powerless,

Feeling sorry for every mistake you made.
Only then do you understand 

The value of a day,

 The value of a tear,

 The value of a good word, 

True value of a friend.
