Once it used to be nice

Together we created a life

Nothing is worth the price

Now that we have strife



Before it was pure joy

We made a handsome boy

Emotions rolled like a toy

Maybe it was just a ploy



Now that we are apart

I would like a new start

I promise to do my part

From the bottom of my heart



Say you would try again 

I would be your best friend

Anything we could mend

Together until the very end
