Spring is just around the corner

Warmer days are just ahead

And the days will get longer

The winter fur for the animals

Will soon begin to shed



All the flowers begin to sprout

The grass soon comes alive

Insects slowly come out

The colour green arrives

And bees appear from their hives



Sunny days to look forward to

The winter it seemed so long

Warm evenings now new

To replace the cold nights

Finally winter can be gone
