A few lines have been
 Written for you this morning.
The pen slipped on the sheet 
Without you knowing.

  My thoughts multiplied, 
A soft rain began to mix
 With my emotions, 
Among my little tears.  

You were the girl I used to be real.
You were the girl for whom I felt
 My life would turn to heaven.

You were the sunrise
 I needed to start a good day.
You were the sunset
 That made me grow 
And sing and live for days.

A few written lines
 Will never be enough.
Now the nights seem black, 
Bitter, silent and opaque.
