I realize now...
that the pause is just as important as the push.
That unplugging is as essential as being switched on.
I know now that time is my friend, not my enemy....
despite the fact that I have more days behind me than ahead of me.
My soul finds solace in the stillness,
my heart fills up when I welcome in the emptiness.
In letting go, I am open to receive....
and in surrender, I discover the key to the temple within.
