Yes, I am happy, but I keep thinking 

About this state of well-being

 That takes over my soul destroying 

The clouds that I could not destroy

 Until now - without you, without feelings,

Without you by my side.
Yes, I'm glad I met you,

 I've been thinking about you

 For a long time, even if I didn't know you, 

I didn't know what you looked like, 

In my dreams you were a shadow,

You had the shape of a pale moon.
You were a path, I followed you, 

You were a song I sang you to my friends.  

You were a lost soul in my empty arms, 

You were here, but I did not see you 'at first sight.
