Life's Contradictions Read Count : 58

I wrestle with my thoughts and shake hands with doubt,
In this circling time when the light didn't shine upon my eyes,
I exhale just one more time, please God just take me with you,
I would've died to get at least one night of sleep,
As this genocide has forgotten me,
I'll Introduce you to the real me.

If I only loved myself, I wouldn't try to find it somewhere else,
And the pain afflicted couldn't bring me back down to earth,
The Numbing solstice was a ritual to the darkened skies rebirth.

Gripping the razor edges of Life's Contradictions,
The swarms of malice sting with convictions,
Lost translations causing mental frictions,
Ripped pieces to life's passages in stitches.

Drowning in the rancid pools of beneath,
Another nameless ghost is lost to the sea,
I open my eyes to the crystal blue,
Another mouth without a word to cue.

Petrified bones left behind from the unknown,
No guiding light in this realm I'm so prone,
Emory souls conniving to keep you alone,
In the end I am to reap what I've sewn.
