Smiling Now Read Count : 59

Smiling now doesn't hurt anymore,
The memories don't have the same
Power over my soul.

Butterflies with white flower wings
Grew over the scars,
And I am as calm and happy,
As I've never been with anyone like this.

I let go of my anger, spite, fears
And negative thoughts,
To catch the blue sea
With the rays of the sun
And cold waves and spring.

  Talking about failures
Doesn't bring me to tears anymore,
And it doesn't leave me on my knees
Making me feel like nothing, as I felt.
