So now that we know it there are things we can do to try and fix the situation what is stopping us from doing them. Knowing people are different is a key factor to helping understand what it is that stops us from doing what we know we should as for me I need to communicate what's stopping mean worry fear embarrassment twisting around being blamed xcetera. Now to figure out a way to end what's listed above remind self there's nothing to be embarrassed about it is a good thing and you don't have to be rude disrespectful and you can find feeling to help you escape the anger did you feel at the moment because you are enraged and you are hurt and you are upset and you do not wish to communicate while having these emotions because it will lead to something bigger and unnecessary the hurt that I feel I can feel it and let it go because I understand why I feel it I see what caused it and now that I felt it I can release it back to where it belongs in the shadows waiting for the next painful event to happen. Now I guess this is the before I take the step to communicate with the most calm respectable nature now that the hurt is gone I must let go of the anger because no anger is needed at the present moment I have nothing to be angry about words that were spoken we're not about me even though they hold truth to some of my life I should not take them to heart because they were not spoken as me or as of me but instead if someone else but if the shoe fits I say wear it and I am wearing it there for that is why I feel the way I feel so now I need to get out of these shoes even though we can't go back and change the past we can still remove our past shoes and find a better fitting pair to walk forwarding or am I just stuck in my history shoes filled with all my mistakes once I've conquered and overcome one's I still struggle with squeezing the life out of my feet wreaking havoc on my toes and blistering my soul.
