I wish I was something you value, 
A bracelet you wear on your hand, 
A comb that you use to arrange every hair, 
Even a chair that makes you feel comfortable,
 Keeping your back straight
  And soles glued to the cold floor.

  I would have liked to receive your appreciation,
 To see that you really like me,
 To see that I can be a good company
 For the true soul that has hidden in you. 

 I would have liked to be something you value, 
A song that makes your heart sing the lyrics,
 The cup from which you drink coffee 
Or water in the morning,
When your mouth is thirsty 
And your lips are dry 
Without your favorite lipstick. 

 I would have liked to receive your appreciation
 When you had me in your arms.
Many times I lost my courage 
When I found your sad look
 And silent mouth telling me 
Nothing at all about us.
