Today is August 7, 1991. Today is the day I turn 10 years old. My brother Harry is attending Hogwarts very soon. I'm sure he's ecstatic.

If you don't know me yet, then nice to meet you. I'm Serena Lily Snape
- daughter of Severus Snape and Lily Evans.

My mum was...killed by Voldemort, the very person my dad is working for. I never really understood him... He seems to hate me for existing...

I'm really excited myself. I'm going to visit my best friend- Draco Malfoy. My brother really hates his guts. Personally, I don't see why he hates him. Draco's really a cool guy once you get to know him. 

I call Draco "Dragon". He, on the other hand, calls me "Flower". It's because of my second name, "Lily". 

"Rena! Breakfast! Get down here, insolent girl"

What a perfect way to start the day.

I trudged downstairs and into the living room where my dad was sitting there, reading the Daily Prophet.

"Eat your breakfast now! Lucius is really strict with promptness!", he snapped.

"Aren't you forgetting something?", I asked folding my arms and raising my eyebrows expectantly.

"Oh yes. Narcissa will be the one to pick you up. So you better hurry, child!"

Wow. That was obviously what I was expecting to hear...
