When you are happy, 
Everyone sees your wonderful smile. 
 When you are sad, 
No one sees your tears fall.  

When you reach out to help,
 They accept. 
 But when you need help, 
No one is around yourself.

  When you talk to them, 
They listen to your advice, 
But when you need advice,
 No one listens to your heart.

  When someone falls, 
You lift him back,
But when you fall,
 They let you down.  

You will be the only one who will lift yourself,
 Your thoughts will give you the best advice.
 Do not expect salvation from anyone,
 Because many that you have saved,
They don't remember even your name.
