Hey past me, its future you
you put on a good show but to let you know
your friends all leave, your all alone its kinda scary
but you don't let them know
sometimes you quiver and fall on your knees
you try not to cry 
But a tear slips by
you put on a dress and look at your best
but the mistake is written all over your face
you tried to hide it with a smile and a wave
but always comes back and tears another page
its better this way
you'll be okay
You'll smile another day
