Sometimes we give 
So much value to some people, 
That when they leave, 
We have nothing left to give ourselves.  

We don't even have
 The strength to smile anymore -
Because we only have tears inside our souls.

We no longer have the strength
 To look at our mirror reflection, 
Because pain turns us into ghosts, 
Into helpless people with sad faces and tears.

 Sometimes we spend 
So much time with others,
 That we "borrow" their habits,
 While we are giving up
 To our own stories and lifestyles.  

Sometimes we want
 To have someone to love us, 
That we become obsessed 
With anyone who gives us
 Little attention or appreciation for a short time.

We care too much about others 
In such a way that we no longer 
Care about - what happens to us 
After they are gone.

Love can be dangerous 
If you can't control your feelings.  
If you leave your heart
 In the hands of those who
 Do not know what to do with it, 
You will end up like a ruined pillar - 
Worthless and alone all your life!
