I've never seen a beauty like this
As rich as the soil birthed by Mother Nature.
Mahogany skins & eyes, both lavish & biblical,
Untold by fairytales, urban legends or scripture,
Takes my gaze.
My very being flutters behind, and there
I fall in love without so much as a finger stroke
From a queen, with a crown of coarse hair.

I find myself bowing at her feet,
Singing out my affection
And I don't need anything in return
As long as the world hears my song selection.

Until I die, never will my love fade
For she who weathered the storm
