Pretty Gaze Read Count : 69

The silhouettes of the branches
Cling to my steaming window,
The lighted candle shakes its wax.
I turn my head around the room,
Losing my words through her pretty gaze.

I count her fingers in my hand,
I take a break at the same time as her lungs.
When I close my eyes and lay on my back,
She opens them to hold me in her arms.

The wind blows through my hair
Thanks to her nostrils,
And her voice makes a noise
That makes me laugh more.

She puts her head on my shoulder,
And I try to stay still.
I would like to tell her so many things,
But I don't want to make her leave.
