Deep in thoughts, you left me.
All on my own, I'm hurting.
My eyes filled to the brim with tears.
Deep in thoughts, you left me.

When we started, you proved to be good.
The love and care was constant 'K'.
We looked at each other like we would not stop.
Until everything seemed all wrong.

You looked into my eyes and made the break up clear.
Then I saw you smile happily with another.
I stared at my own reflection and felt rejected.
'If I had known' became my constant thought.

Deep in thoughts, you left me.
With hopes completely shattered.
Never ever would I love again.
