Maker of me,
Grant me the grace to follow you,
That at the end,
I would receive my welcome.

Dear God,
Provider of all,
Grant my heart desires,
That at the end,
I would give you the praises you deserve.

Dear God,
Healer of the sick,
Grant me good health,
That at the end,
I would have the strength to serve you more.

Dear God,
Save my soul,
Wash me clean from my iniquities,
That at the end,
I would dwell with you till eternity
