I drowned in your heart, 
Because I did not know 
How to face the high waves.

  I remained silent,
 Because the words 
You said to me,
Killed any hope I could have.

  I drowned in my tears, 
Watching you leave,
Knowing you would 
Never return to me. 

 I would have liked to ask you 
To write to me sometimes,
 But your thoughts no longer
 Recognize my blind soul.
