You're our biggest disappointment.
The one we regret having the most.
That's what I keep hearing
The more I keep going.
Never sticks to what he says.
He fails in numerous ways.
Though he gave up his life to help
He's left, finding ways to cope.
Did someone erase my memories,
Is it at all possible to do so?
I feel I'm not in control
Of my own lifes show.
Which way do I go
When no one believes in me enough to stay?
My patience needs a lot of work
As does my sense of purpose.
I'm in a hole that's been irrigated
So it won't fill when it rains.
I've no other tools
So I stay in wait for a rope that may never come.
