You don't have to be with someone 
To feel love in your heart.  
You can love a tree, 
You can love a peaceful sound.

You can make a place
 For a dog and a cat in your house.
 You can love even the thunder, 
Even if it makes a big noise 
In your small ears,
  Even if for others it can be scary.

A poet who does not receive love
 Is always thirsty,
 But he still writes about the love
 He would like to taste it.

You don't have to be in a relationship
With that person you're missing.
You can remember the old conversations 
Of friends you don't talk to anymore,
 Of relatives who have been dead for a long time,
 To miss even yourself when you were 
Happy or in a good mood - yesterday.
